I've been doing the Glade deal at Targets near my work in NY, at home here in PA I tried this deal and got shot down. I always apologize to the cashier to kind of break the ice "sorry about this but I'm using some pain in the but coupons, etc" something like that. Well this really kind register guy said he was going to have to call his manager over because they've been having issues with coupons (I thought it was going to be the Kelloggs I had loaded up on), I told him it wasy on Glade coupons and he says "yep, those have been the problem"
So the manager came over and went through the Glade coupons and although she was nice she was firm and said I could not use all of them because the free refill coupon states I have to buy the holder and that coupon is for both of them. It tried to argue that I was still buying the holder so the holder Q should work and she said nope, one or the other... the holder Q clearly states I have to buy the holder to get the free refill - so the Q is for both items . I get what she is saying too, so I bowed out and didn't get any. When she came over to the register she told the cashier that the coupons should be fine as long as I don't make money back from Target (which in this scenario I would have - 10tins 10 refills). The cashier said they've been having alot of people come through the past couple days trying to do this deal... so big bummer!

Now on a good note, I was so sidetracked with the Glade I had him ring up all 6 Wii games (I got 3 14.99 and 3 19.99) - after I paid I realized what I did, but the register took off 1 14.99 and 1 19.99 instead of 2 14.99! Not sure why but I'm happy!

OK...I think I was overcharged for the Glade candles.

I got 5 tins and used 5 1.50 q's
I got 5 refills and used the free with purchase of candle q's

*I accidentally got 6 so I have to return one of them*

So the first part of the receipt has to be where she rung up the refill packs. It charged me 2.99 and only took off 1.50 for each? (It's suppose to be free up to 3.99)



Then at the bottom of the receipt is where the candle tins are rung up. It charged me 12.50 for the candles??



The more I look at it...are the 2.99 q's listed under the Glade deal the free tins? And at the top where it rung up the refills and took off the 1.50 for each-those 5 1.50 q's should be for the actual candles but it still took off 1.50 for each refill and then gave me 2.99 off each refill as well? So it all equals out right?
