In today's papers across the country meijer's 4-day ad will come out :fyi:

Campbell's Cream of chicken or mushroom 10.75oz is advertised .65

(this was advertised as .58 and everyday best price, I might ad in it's weekly circular that began Sunday ,and ends saturday)lol

Aunt millie's old fashioned dinner rolls or brown n serve rolls are also in this new 4-day ad, 2/3.00

(this was advertised as 1.29 in the circular sun-sat.)lol

So, what gives,meijer? Trying to confuse the public even more? Or, are you raising the prices mid-week? And, if that's the case, why did you advertise these in the 7-day ad? Are you running out of ideas for sale items? IMO these items didin't even need to be in this "4-day ad" as its nothing new!

SOOOO, that leads to my next question....alot of the eggs I will use for Thanksgiving for deviled eggs, but can I freeze eggs and if so what do I need to do?

I was looking at the add. Some of the things say- avalable 11/17 at 12:01. Is this because it's a hot item? Or the manuf. says thats the date it comes out on? Can I get it on line? Would you recomend that I go to Meijers at 12:00. To get one? Is this like an early black friday thing? If anyone could help me with this I would apretiate it.

I bought 6 I Cant Believe Its Not Butter Sticks in seperate transactions...NO OYNO coupon..Off to CS! The cashier there called a few people one of which was another employee and instructed him to RIP the sign down by the butter because "people shouldnt be getting that for .19"!!! I was thinking I know "another type was free w/coupon a few weeks ago... .19 is seriously cutting into my budget, LOL! When he brought the sign to her he said it didnt look like one of their signs???HUH??? She informed me that "someone, not saying it was you, was hanging fraudulant signs in the store" then went on to say that that sign doesnt look like theirs! I told her that same person must have hung those same signs across the nation in all meijers stores and printed/distributed fraudulant flyers in all the Sunday papers across the nation b/c I shop @ 5 different locations and all of them have those same signs And its in their flyer too! She gave me the 6/$2 OYNO's but wrote "limit 1 coupon per transaction" and told me I would have to use them on 6 different transactions if I was going to use them!!! The Nerve...like I would stand there in line and do 6 multiple transactions!!! NOWAY!!!LMAO! Never have I ever done that before...lol!

Anyhow I went back when I got off work and got 131 dollars worth of groceries for $76 and my Milk, Eggs, and OJ and $ OYNO coupons did not print (Of course!) and customer service was closed and it took about an hour to ring through all of my coupons..That cashier was very patient and congratulated me on my savings Even offered to write which coupons that I did not recieve on my reciept next to the items they corresponded to w/her initials..Very Nice!! The amber and red light on my register probably needed to be changed when I left b/c it went off so many times...She bagged my groceries and Knew I had the correct items so she pushed them through and complained about their horrible system the whole time..I waited patiently and thanked her for doing a wonderful job w/my transaction and told her she deserved the CS cashier position!!!

What is up w/Meijer lately? Most of cashiers are pleasant but the registers and cat machines have a serious attitude problem!

Didn't see this one yet, and I thought maybe you'd like to stock up on eggs for baking and cooking for Thanksgiving. There were signs posted by the egg case and by some Betty Crocker baking aisle products. The sign wasn't specific, but said, "Buy 3 Betty Crocker Baking Products, Get a Dozen Free Meijer Grade A Large Eggs". Well, honestly, I didn't know if Warm Delights would even count as "BAKING" since you throw it in the microwave :hysterical: but I tried it out to see what would happen. I scanned three Warm Delights, and actually since the coupons beeped because they double to $1 and they were on sale for 99 cents, the cashier entered them, so ALL 3 doubled - never had that happen with the 2 double limit policy. Well, to my delight, not only did a "FREE EGGS ON YOUR NEXT ORDER" cat pop out, but so did a "$1 OYNO - Thanks from General Mills" catalina popped out too!!! Really I can't imagine what else could have generated that but the Warm Delights, because I had Campbell's Gravy, ICBINB baking sticks that generated $2 OYNO cats, and Fleishman's Yeast Packets that generated 50 cents OYNO, along with Frank's Hot Sauce, Meijer Cheese etc. Just thought I'd post this, as I was shocked, surprised AND excited. The Warm Delights are free, they give you free eggs AND you get an extra $1 for taking it off their hands.

Now, since I don't know what generated this, I also don't know when this "deal" ends, so it could be over tomorrow for all I know. What I do know is that I got 6 dozen eggs, 18 Warm Delights and $6!!!! Yay! Between this, ICBINB (which I still need more of, as they only had 14 left) and Fleishmans, I spent $26 for $207 worth of groceries, and that counted a case of water, bread, a bag of apples, 8lbs of potatoes, 2 bags of shredded cheese (can't believe we went through all that I bought already!!!) a box of Immodium ( I have IBS - sorry if TMI) 3 packs of Tortillas and even a few candy bars to keep the twins happy - all stuff I had NO coupons for!
