First things first, in order to post any questions, comments, etc, you must be a member. To become a member, click the register button and fill out the form.

Once you are a member, click into the forum area. There will be many different forums to choose from, grocery areas, classes, articles etc. Find one that interests! When you want to make a comment, find the "post reply" button. Fill out the area, and then click post. It's that easy.

Another way to do post is to simply scrool down to the bottom of the page. An area called "quick reply" is located there. Fill out the text box and click "post quick reply" and your post will be included in the discussion.

If you would like to start a new topic. Find the zone where your topic fits. If it's about Kroger, place it in the Kroger area. Once you're in the Kroger area, click on the "new thread" button. It is located in the upper left hand corner of the page under the logo. Fill out the text fields, select an icon and your done!!
