Maggie I thought the same thing too, but I think it is confusing. Is it 50% off the sale price or 50% off the regular price. I don't think we will know for sure until someone does this next week. I really did see the $3.99 price, but I wasn't sure.

I don't know where the $1 on 1 is either. I will try to look into that.
