You are right the irs wants to track whatever money they possible can and people wont mind their own business they would tell someone just to see if you have a tax id number or something to see if you are legit i think having a garage is the best way to go... with this type of stock...good luck..

I look at it as I paid tax on it when it was purchased. Now I don't want it, so I sell it for less than what I bought it for. Of course less Q's and RR or ECB's.

So tax has been paid. By me. I don't deposit my yard sale $'s. That way there is not a problem.
