There is a NEW savings program that is now available at Bi-Lo called Ibotta! It is an app that is loaded onto your iphone or android phone. All you do is load the offers that you want, purchase them, and upload you receipt. You can then chooose to have the funds sent to your Paypal account. It's very easy to use.
