Default need help with making grape jelly

I just had a friend offer up tons of free concord grapes, sooooo I need help from someone who has made grape jelly. I need an EASY concord grape jelly receipe (pref one you have made yourself)

If you buy the Sure Jell, it has the recipe in there for grape jelly. I honestly have never made it, but i have made strawberry jam. Also, you could try out Sure Jell's website.

I used this recipe for grape jam this year. Concord Grape Jam | The Hungry Mouse It's super easy and if you've never made jelly before and don't have all the tools, you can press it through a fine strainer.
