I followed a recipe that foggy had listed. I had pear juice which I turned into pear honey. It was easy and delicous. You could use any kind of juice to make it. Just use the search engine above to find it.

When I first tried to make mulberry jam, it was too runny, but I canned it anyway. Opened it a few months later, and used it as a pancake syrup and it was great.
Spidermonkey is right - it's pretty easy and just tastes great! Digging out of debt, 1 coupon at a time.....

I don't really follow a fruit syrup recipe most of the time. If I have fruit juice leftover, I add sugar until it's cooked as thick as I want it. Sometimes jelly that doesn't set up is used as fruit syrup in our house.
