Default BIC Soleil razor and catridge
I went into CVS last week. I needed razors. The BIC Soleil razor and cartridge was on clearance for $3.99. I forgot my coupon, darn it! They only had one of each so on my way home, I stopped at the CVS near my house to check their supply, they had plenty but the clearance price was $6.21!

Sunday I went back to my CVS to do my weekly shopping. The tag still said $6.21 but I scanned it anyway.

Wow, the razor was $2.09 (cartridge was $4.14)! Definitely at buying level.

There aren't. But there's another thread about it in the clearance sub-forum where a lot of people are using the B1G1 Bic disposables q. Nobody has said anything about it, but the Soleil's aren't disposable.

No, definitely not disposable. I had the razor (still unopened) from a few months back where it was free after ECB and coupon. I found the 4 count refills on clearance at one of the stores here for $1.94! I snagged all 3 they had.

I have a raincheck for the Bic Soleil Starter Kit in which the sale price was $5.99 and you get $3 extrabucks.

Assuming that the starter kit is what is on clearance (it probably isn't, but just in case), would I get both the clearance price and the $3 extrabucks?
