I saw that on here a while back - may have been one of your posts or Foggy's. This stuff works great on towels.
It seems to cut through the soap buildup.

I love the smell too! It took a while but I actually like it better than all the chemical smells! I don't want to worry about dropping food on the counter and then picking it back up and wondering what on there....

I have to try this! How much do you put in the rinse cycle Kayline?

Regarding Vinegar on sunburns:

I used it when my oldest daughter was a toddler and spent too much time in the sun during our yard sale. I'd put it on my own sunburns for years. I was told by a nurse that the reason it stops the sting? It's killing off your skin cells. It's acid, after all. I've never used it on my kids since. You're actually causing further damage to the skin and killing off the healthier skin underneath the burned skin - cool compresses of water are best.

You also shouldn't shower/bathe if you have a bad sunburn, you'll wash away the natural oils of your skin that help you re-moisturize. If you do, a bath in tepid water, no soaps, every few days is best. {My middle daughter was BADLY burned the one and only weekend I let her spend with her Aunt on her Dad's side - we're talking requiring medical intervention and she had to sleep kneeling on the floor draped across couch cushions onto the couch for the first few nights. They'd put sunscreen everywhere but her shoulders/back. GRRRR!

I'm glad I saw this thread. Although I don't like the smell of vinegar, I like some of the ideas you have all listed. I'm going to try some out!
