Has anyone delt with them? I got some q's off of ebay last week An paid thru them but they are saying that my payment wasent accepted but my back account say it was taken out. What should i do. I called both the bank an moneybookers all they keep on saying to to call the other. I just want my q's that i already paid for last thurday before the sales are over. Anyone no what know what i could do. Or am i out that money an q's?

Did you pay via paypal? If so, you should be protected for the amount.

No moneybookers. It is a new system I guess thru ebay. Trust me I have learned not to pay with anything other than paypal now. The other thing is this was my first buy on ebay. So after this not sure if im going to do this ever again after this.

Have you sent a message to them yet, saying it was taken out of your bank acct? If not, send that first. If they dont respond and say they have it, open a dispute through eBay if it has been 7 days since you ordered it. In the dispute, state you have proof that the monies were deducted from your acct. Can you get a copy of the deduction from your bank? If so, scan it in your pc and email that to eBay too.
Are they big sellers?
