Has any one had problems using the 1.00 glade Catalina from Kmart?They refused mine today! They were not expired, they just said they didn't know what they were and were beeping. I had to explain what a Catalina was to them and they said they could only be used on glade not on other things. I explained they were money back FROM glade not a glade MQ. After listening to them tell me they didn't know anything about them for 20 min I left them on the counter along with all my stuff. I called corp when I got home and was asked if Catalina was a type of glade product. Really? I guess I'm done with them too. Very frustrating thanks for listening to my rant!

Talk to CS or the manager. Sounds like the cashier was just not well trained. They are hard to scan and sometimes the cashier doesn't get it. I am sure someone in the store with more experience can help you.

Did you have an extra item for the CAT to attach to... Something in your basket that didnt have a q already used??? Also next time try folding the barcode a because there is usually a newer and older barcode.. The older one usually scans better... Sometimes the scanner reads both qs...

I wasn't using any coupons just the catalina.

You didnt use any coupns at all for the transaction??? Not sure why it wouldnt work..


For future reference, the catalina attaches itself to an item just LIKE a coupon does.... So you need an extra item if you want to use the catalina and you use coupons with the other items.... We usually use koolaid packets that are .10 for fillers for this!
