Don't bother going to Kmart today, 2/5 unless you call first. The SYWR has been down ALL DAY nationwide. I wasted an hour shopping today! Got up to the register with an awesome cart of finds only to be told, that I couldn't earn points, redeem points, use store coupons, use store rewards or get double coupons. They could have put a sign on the door!! Total waste of my lunch hour!

Sorry you wasted your time. I went a couple of weeks ago and SYWR was down then. BTW, you can submit your receipt on line after the fact in order to get your points, but true, I wasn't able to redeem my points. I was buying clearance Christmas items so I was not using coupons.

I just called SYW and was told it will take 24-48 hours to get their system back up.

I found this out the hard way yesterday too. I have a $10/10 to redeem that expires on 2/10, so I'll have to make another trip. Blah.
