Not sure where to properly post this, but when I load SYW Q onto my card, do I need to tell them Im going to use a specific q or does it automatically apply to my purchase? I went shopping last week and I thought I purchase over $30 worth of grocery/household and didn't realize my $3 off didn't apply. Should I just print the Q to make it easier?

The load to card was working, I've had savings come off as Kmart savings that I didn't even realize were loaded or applied. I haven't loaded anything in the last couple weeks. Since this is a relatively new program, I'd probably bring the paper copy just in case. There's always the possibility that your savings didn't come off based on pre/post coupon totals. Not sure.

Yes and yes...LOL!
The SYW coupon should be automatically applied. Usually, your OOP should be $30 after coupons for the $3 to be applied. However, I had an experience where the $3 came off even though my purchase did not reach $30. Sometimes it is best to print the coupon and take it with you because of the constant computer glitches and down servers that Kmart/SYW seem to be having lately. If you purchased $30 (post-coupons) worth of grocery/household, then call SYW and they can look up your receipt and coupons to verify. Hopefully you did not use any CRTs because that can also affect your ability to use the e-coupons as well. Co-Forum Leader for Kmart
