I used a 10,000 pts/ $50 purchase. I got my $5 gift card but not my 10,000 points :-( who do I call?

Did you dip below $50? If so, then that can be why. It works for some but not others.

I know-- but I figured since I received the $5 GC for spending $50-- doesn't that mean I spent $50?

I don't know why it works for some and not for others. It never works for me because I go below $50 because of coupons so it's hard to argue, but please call and see what they say.

Never works for me either. The first time I tried, I had a $5/35 and my total after coupons was $34.xx. SMH

I called them. I used $8.72 in rewards to pay. I was told the total has to be over $50 after using points :-/
She was very nice, And said since I didnt know, she is crediting me 10,000 points :-D
