We like to think of it this way.

The coupon "covers" an item. If you break down the wording, the coupon says "Save $2 on Countrytime" - meaning the coupon will physically be redeemed for Country Time lemonade purchases. "When you buy 2 Kraft BBQ sauces" - you must buy 2 sauces to qualify to use the coupon.

The coupon doesn't "cover" the price of the sauce, just the lemonade.

In this scenario, let's just say you had BBQ sauce coupons, both a $1 / 1, and a $1 / 2. You could use 1 of the $2 peelies for the lemonade, and either ( 2 ) of the $1 / 1, or ( 1 ) of the $1 / 2 BBQ sauce coupons, because you are physically buying 2 bottles.

If you think of what the coupon physically "covers" - and then what is NOT covered by the coupon, it will help you quickly see what is available to use another coupon on.

Hope this helps!

In my opinion you can use the BBQ sauce coupon on the sauce and the $2.00 coupon when you buy the 2 BBQ sauce and 1 kool-aid or country time. I don't think you can use the $1.00/2 Country time coupon too.

Thanks all for your explanations and replies.. why can we see the proper use of this coupon (s) but this person who runs a popular blog can not see it that way?? I am very disappointed in them promoting this deal and also disappointed to see that they are not as educated as they proclaim to be.
