Hi all, can someone please tell me if I can use the Schick coupon that just came out, B1G1 along with the sale, BIGI making both razors free??? I just went to a Krogers here in Michigan and was told by a manager I could not use coupon b/c it would make both items free...humm...help please. I am feeling a bit bummed...

Me too here in TX, but thy could not show me a policy that covered bogo.

I used it here but it didn't make them both free. Since my Kroger the things ring up half price, I paid 1/4 the priceof them.

They just straight denied me use of my coupon, so i said those famous words "take 'em off then"

When they didn't take my coupon, I had them take all 14 razors of my bill...I felt humiliated. I was hoping someone had the policy and I could go back and show it to them. I also did not appreciate the attitude of the Manager saying "If we took that coupon, it would make your razors free!" as if nobody had ever gotten anything free at Krogers!!...jeezz...

Does anyone have the coupon policy in writing for Clarksville, TN area? I've asked for it everytime I go in there but no one can seem to find it or produce it anywhere and I was told earlier in the week I can only use 3 IP's a day... I've had to do 3 trips this week and hubby started complaining about the gas tonight and wonders if I'm really saving when I'm having to drive there 3-4 times a week.. I did talk to the manager tonight and she said they had to go extreme because of that " extreme couponing" show, that I have yet to watch.. I could understand saying only 2 IP's per company( 2 Campbell's, 2 Dole's, etc) but 3 total for the day?!?!?! What does that accomplish but take business away and with this being a military town, most shoppers probably shop at the commissary since they don't have a limit on IPs being used.. Anyway, if someone has a copy I would a appreciate it.. We are fairly new to this area, we come from " Krogers GA" shopping and I can't recall having a problem like this before...

I live in Clarksville, Tn too. I've never had a problem with coupons at Kroger. Which one are you going to? Dover rd, Madison, or by Lowe's? I go to the one on Dover Rd. but I haven't gone couponing in weeks so in sure if anything has changed.

I've been shopping at the one on Lowe's as its closest to our home but I'm trying the one on Dover this coming week if we are having the same deal GA is having this coming week..

I've been trying to look for the coupon policy for the East Tennessee area. Does anyone have it? I've found the print at home coupon policy but thats it .

Here is coupon policy for Krogers in Indiana - Peru area..... I know a few stores around the Peru area have different policies and double to .75, so be sure to check YOUR STOREs Policy.

I got into a heated debate with the cashier that would not double my coupon that said do not double...... Needless to say I was right and I got a 5 dollar gift card from the manager.

1. There is a limit of 5 like item coupons redeemed in one shopping trip = 24 hours
(management reserves the right to lower this limit based on stock levels)

2. There is a limit of 2 like item coupons that will be multiplied, additional coupons for the like item will be redeemed at face value. (Peru Store it is up to .50 that will double)

3. Digital coupons loaded to a plus card will redeem automatically at the end of the transaction. Paper manufacturer coupons will not be redeemed for same item if a digital coupon has already been redeemed.(limit one manufacturer coupon per item)

4. Digital coupons and a store coupon may be redeemed on the same item.

5. Paper Manufacturer coupons and store coupons may be redeemed on the same item.

6. To protect the interest of our company we will not accept internet coupons for the following reasons.
a. Coupon does not scan.
b. No expiration Date
c. Coupon is for FREE product without additional purchase.
d. High dollar value (coupon value is 75% or more of the value of the product)
e. Coupon appears out of proportion, blurry, no picture, or obvious duplicates
f. altered coupons in ANY way
~Refer customer back to the web site where they obtained their internet coupons.

7. In the event we owe cash back from coupon usage at the end of your transaction, from coupons redeemed, exceeding the value of the items; and amount due of $5.00 or more will be given in the form of a Kroger Gift Card. Cash back will only be given from the face balue of a coupon, not from the multiplied value. Coupons will only multiply to Free.

8. We will accept Catalina generated "Manufacturer" coupons from other retailers if the coupon scans.

(I am adding this one as we found out this is the case in note from manager who called Indy to find out.)
9. DO NOT DOUBLE coupons - if the coupon scans double & doesn't exceed .50 cents we will accept them. If the coupon is scannned and it doesn't double automatically then the coupon is worth the stated amount of the coupon only.
