my boyfriend laughs at me for doing that same thing - that is until he sees the receipt where I saved $50.00 on a shopping trip. I split my shopping between food lion and lowes, so I usually pull up the food lion circular in a new tab and compare. They don't offer the service like lowes to go, but I can browse the circular. I've found that food lion is usually only cheaper when they have things on sale buy one get one free though, being as how they don't double coupons. I'm so glad I'm not the only one that sits in front of the computer to do their grocery shopping.

I shop Food Lion because of convenience and, yes, they are somewhat cheaper than HT and Lowess. The Lowes near the FL is not very up to date, so I really don't care much for it. However, about the same distance from home (in the opposite direction ) is a nice, up to date, Lowes which I do like. I am trying to learn to shop Lowes to see if I can make it work - price wise.
