I was at Meijer today to get the Lysol cleaning wipes that are on sale for 2/$3.. and they were completely out of them. So I went to the Customer Service counter and asked for a raincheck for 50.. The lady then tells me that she can only give a raincheck for 24.. I told her that I just got a raincheck for the skippy the week before and they gave me 200... but they had to print up 9 of 24..
She calls the mgr and she tells me they will never get 50 in at one time anyway and I asked if they could give me a raincheck for 50 and just have the cashier mark of how many I get each time until I get the 50.. She was very nice about it..just didnt know too much about the rainchecks or the policies.

Does anyone else ever have problems with Meijer rainchecks? it seems like everyne is getting difficult about rainchecks and coupons and it is becoming extremely aggravating. I dont want to stop couponing b/c I love the savings but I get really frustrated when I am being treated like scum b/c I use them... different subject there... but Meijer has been treating me like this since I started!!

Here they give rainchecks in quanitites of 4, 6 and 12...that's as high as they go.

I sometimes ask for two, and it's hit or miss with that....I'm left to frequent the meijer daily to get enough rainchecks to fulfill my coupons!!

I never get rainchecks at Meijer because CS closes before I get there most of the time!

Meijer wouldn't let you use coupons with a raincheck? That's absolutely nuts! What on Earth are they thinking?

I have not had problems getting rainchecks at Meijer. I only get a few though, not that many.

They wouldnt let me do it b/c i was getting the skippy for $.03 cents each and the mgr said he cannot do that.

I told him they should keep a better eye on what they have for mealbox q's when running sales then b/c there were manf q's out there for the same item...
