I have never done this with Meijer's before - but at my Krogers - I called the customer service desk and then they transferred me to their ordering clerk in the back of the store and I placed it with him. They were suppose to call me when it came in, but they didn't so I kept checking back and then finally got it.

Make sure they will let you do multiple transactions to use all of your coupons or ask if they will let you do it in one transaction.

Go to the store and talk to the grocery manager, if he/she doesn't know how to do this ask them to ask the Store director.
