This scenario wouldn't work...
scenario:
buy 2 cereals and 2 juices = 9.00
~ $1/2 MQ cereal
~ $1/2 MQ juice
~ $2/4 MMB
~ $3 off instantly
= 2.00

You would have to buy 2 more juice or not use the MMB since it's $2/4. So the total would be $2 or $3 more...

2 cereal and 2 juice = $9
~ $1/2 MQ cereal
~ $1/2 MQ juice
~ $3 off instantly
= $4

OR
2 cereal and 4 juice = $13
~ $1/2 MQ cereal
~ 2 @ $1/2 MQ juice
~ $2/4 MMB juice
~ $3 off instantly
= $5

Unless you can get 2 $3 off instantly per trans... then add 2 more cereal and it would be $6 OOP for 4 cereal and 4 juice, which would be .75 per item... not too bad
