Fathers Day Gift Ideas
I usually get the kids together and we make DH a fathers day gift. I was wondering if anyone had any cute ideas on something we could make this year. Last year we made a memory box and put misc. items in it that had sentimental value. Also we made a framed picture for him. Thanks for any ideas.

Have you done the t-shirt with the handprints yet? A white T and some paint. Fun, cheap and makes dads/grandpas smile.

Because of where my DH works... he doesn't like to post pictures of the kids. I have a printer/copier/scanner... I made a photocopier of each boy's hand and drew a red heart in the palm and framed them. It is really cute! I also did one for my mom and dad...but put a picture on one side and the hand print/copy on the other.

Coupon books always make me happy. (and not the ones that they take at the store)
My favorites are: 1 free back scratch 1 clean bedroom done quickly and with no complaints 1 hour of peace and quiet 1 Dad dinner override (I get to override everyone else's dinner choice and go where I want to go) HTH

The Tshirt Idea is great and you can also do an apron with the handprints if he grills out a lot! Apron with some grill utensils tucked in it.
I think ds and I are going to a pottery place and doing a platter for dh to use when he brings steaks and such in off the grill. He is always hollering for a plate when he is out there! You can get 4 tiles from lowes and glue pics of the kids on it then put a sealer over it.

I got dh a deck of photo cards from artscow.com for 3.99 - they have a pic of him and dd at the aquarium together. We will go out to eat wherever dh wants to go (I won't complain if it is TX fried food
 ), and Sunday dh will get to sleep in and choose the activities for the day.
