My first trip at cvs bought a cvs bag the green tag and two biores paid 10.80 with tax got back 5 ecb.

So I'm trying to set up an account and it keeps saying sorry there was an error processing your information. A valid extra care or extra care health care card number is required in order to attach the card to your account.
I've checked the number over and over and have retyped it with no dashes and I know I'm putting the exact number that's on the back of the card on there. Am I doing something wrong?

Sorry you're having trouble. If you've tried with and without dashes and it isn't working, you can call CS (Customer Service) Monday (# on back of your card).
