This is the first time I've ever typed up one of my trips but I was so happy with how it went and nobody in my "real life" would understand, so I wanted to share. I actually started off the day in a lousy mood after going to a Wags and a different CVS, both of which didn't have what I wanted & half of the sale tags weren't even up yet. (It was around 12pm). I left both of those stores empty handed, went to Starbucks for some "liquid courage" to soldier on, then I went to a different CVS and it was a dream come true. I had the sweetest newbie cashier who was also pretty cute (looked like Ben McKenzie from The OC/Southland ). I could tell he was flustered by all my different qs and ECBs but he took it in stride even though he had to call over the senior cashier a few times.

I paid with $24.99 (I think) in ECBs and a $5 e-giftcard from Swagbucks so I had $2.70 oop at the end which was all tax and got back $20 in ECBs for the Gillette deal, Rembrandt and Nexxus plus another $10 off $50 which I will use for trip #2 later this week.

*There were several Nexxus items with 50% off clearance tags which we know shouldn't count toward the deal, but this one did! I had watched Islandcoupongal's video on YT so I knew this one would work. Not sure about the other clearance stuff.

was one of the $5 off Nature Made q's from CVS or were they both the coupons.com mani? if it is a B1G1 sale and you only bought two, then you should have only been able to use one $5 manufacturer coupon, since technically you only "purchased" one.

Actually that is not correct. We are allowed to use 2 Mani. coupons in a BOGO sale.

It's ok. I have had issues with cashiers "interpreting" store policies in their own way (haven't we all?) but that's why we are so lucky to have this wonderful forum to learn from.
