CVS Haul 12/16 + Clearance + Video!
I have to admit, I really didn't enjoy this trip but I did come out with some good deals. They only had two of the Venus Simply razors so I had to pick up the more expensive kinds. Also, I accidentally took a Revlon Nail polish that was on clearance but I wanted to buy one that was full price so I could get an ECB. As you can see, I made quite a few mistakes
 . I also picked up some clearanced Sally Hansen Nail Effects because my friends and I are doing Secret Santa. Here's how it went:1 Revlon Sunshine Sparkle 089 $1.57 (I meant to buy one full price so I can get an ECB) 1 Revlon Dreamer 410 $3.99 1 Sally Hansen Salon Effects (Booty Camp) $4.99, clearance price 1 Sally Hansen Salon Effects (Fly with me) $4.99, clearance price 2 Colgate Total Advanced Toothpaste 5.8 oz. $3.99 2 Venus Simply 4 ct. $8.99 each 2 Venus Sensitive Skin Disposables $12.49 (YIKES) Coupons used: -(2) $0.75 off one Colgate total advanced toothpaste IP here -(2) $3 off one Sally Hansen Salon Effects IP here -(2) Venus Disposables BOGO coupon from 11/25 PG (auto deduct $11.99) - $27 ECB Subtotal: $9 + $5.82 TAX = $14.82 (AAAAHH!) I was definitely NOT happy about that total  But I got $19 ECB and a $5 Beauty Club ECB so $24 ECB in totalHope everyone has a great week  Hey! I'm Nicole.  Call me "Triple P" on WUC! I feel you. This week's sales didn't excite me too much, however I can't complain. They have awesome sales most of the time, and amazing clearence this week.
I hate paying over 5 dollars, ever. At all. So I think I would be in the same boat. LOL

Very nice trip! Enjoyed your video.
 Scanning items before checkout is a big help in preventing surprises, especially when there's clearance going on. You could return the clearance nail polish and rebuy a regular priced item. Does the manager preorder for you? My small store has limited quantities of razors, etc. This week I need to buy 4 Gillette Venus razors (7.39) and the store usually has just two on the shelf. I asked the manager last week to add four to his order, and now there are 9 on the shelf! Makes getting your deals so much easier! Just check the preview ads and give the manager enough time for the order to go thru and hit the shelf. Rain checks help you get your deals too. Next time you could get a rain check for 4 of the 8.99 Venus, ask the manager to order 4 for you, then do the deal. Hope this helps!
