Haven't posted a trip in a while since I really haven't been shopping much at CVS, but they had some good deals on beauty this week and I had my 20% off that expired today, so I figured I would make use of it.

Before this trip, I was only $4.22 away from my next BC ECB.

Bought
(1) Dermasilk 1 Minute Wrinkle Eraser Pen $19.99
(2) Almay Makeup Remover Towelettes $12.98
(1) Simple Foaming Cleanser $8.29
(1) Simple Exfoliating Facial Wipes $6.49
(2) Suave Professionals Moroccan Infusion shampoo $6
(2) Suave Professionals Moroccan Infusion conditioner $6
(6) Mountain Dew Kickstart $5.94
Total: $65.69

Used
20% off
$5/1 Dermasilk product (-$5)
$5/2 Almay cosmetic products IP (-$5)
$3/1 Almay cosmetic product, CVS Q (-$3)
$2/1 Simple product (-$2)
B1 Simple cleanser G1 facial wipe free (-$6.99)
B1 Suave Professionals Moroccan or Keratin G1 free (-$10)
$2/2 Suave Moroccan Infusion shampoo or conditioner IP (-$2)
$1/2 Mountain Dew Kickstart tearpad (-$3)
$15 ECB
$4 ECB

Paid $0.48 OOP and got back $22 in ECBs; $10 Dermasilk, $4 Almay, $5 Simple, and $3 Suave. I'll also get back $10 in BC ECBs, which makes a total of $19 ECBs spent and $32 ECBs received.

I know the feeling! But I feel the more you read this site and the trips people post you start to get a little more confident. I have been couponing for at least two years and still feel like a newbie. If you have a idea of what you want to get just post it under
"Will this scenario work" thread and the forum leaders will help you out. Hope that helps!

I answered you in the other thread you asked also...reading people's trips are the best way to learn...copy their scenarios for yourself and as cseibert3 said, post in the "will the scenario work" threads with what you're thinking of doing and we can help you out! Good luck!

Like Didie said, the best thing is trying to copy what someone else with a great trip has done or part of it if you only want part. Also posting in here helps. Then you can get an idea of what you need to do and what will and wont work.
Plus someone answers my dozens of dumb questions but it helps me to understand things better when I ask them.

Thanks everyone! I went back tonight and bought 6 bags of Cadbury Mini Eggs for $18 and used (3) $2/2 CVS Qs and (2) $2/3 MQ, along with a $6 ECB and paid $2.16 OOP and got back $5. Can't really beat paying $0.50 per bag for Easter candy!
