Got it, thanks! What is the site where you can create your own avatars like this?
What is the site where you can create and design your own really glittery, sparkly, over the top girly graphics like this? I thought it was glitter graphics but can't find a way to start designing my own.

blingee.com is where you can upload your pictures and add bling to them, I can't find anything like what you are looking for.

O.k. I just uploaded a new avatar (lady in brown dress) and it is a blinkiebee.com file. It should be winking and blinking at us. Is there some reason it won't do it for me here on WUC?
