Thanks for sharing your video. You are correct, the Pro-Biotics is not printing the RR.I arrived just as the store opened this morning. This was going to be my Trans #1 and when it scanned, it was full price. I spoke to the manager and he opened a ticket and said he could honor the $10 sale price but it would be about an hour before the system would allow the RR to print. I couldn't wait the hour because I had to get back home and get ready for church. The manager agreed to hold the product and I promised to return this afternoon to purchase my items I have selected. Well,as promised, I returned this afternoon to purchase my items. The cashier retrieved my basket of items and we went for my Trans #1 (the Pro-biotics). Needless to say, it rang up full price. I pulled out the ad and showed the cashier the price and he of course had no way of fixing it so he called over the manager. I explained to her this situation including what the other manager did this morning. She immediately went on to say that what he told me was incorrect. She also said, he is new and he probably just didn't know......
This manager agreed to hold the product I selected (relunctantly) and said she would have the manager I worked with this morning give me a call Monday morning with an update. With as much trouble I went through, I am so tempted to tell them to forget the entire thing. Honestly, I would not be saying that had the 2nd manager I spoke with had not had such a "nasty" attitude and boldly threw her co-worker under the bus.
Now, I will say, my first cashier could see in their system that it was on sale for $10 but for whatever reason, the system would not scan correctly and print the reward.

The Probiotic does need to be price modified HOWEVER, if you purchase the correct one, the RR prints. It only prints on the one that says "15 billion cultures...." HTH
