Attempting to use 2.00 off coupon on chloraseptic honey 6oz 3.99. Beep saying coupon dont match??? anybody else run into this problem?

I did to and the manager tried to tell me that I couldn't double dip use there coupon and get the rr I told him what ever and walked out and went to another one they reduced the product to $1.99 I used my Manu coupon paid .99 and still got back the $3rr

I was told the same thing. I had to pay $1.99 and if I did pay $1.99 I would not get my RR. This information came from the 1-800 customer service number. FYI if you choose to use the $2 IVC it will still print out the $3 RR although technically it is not supposed to. So, to buy or not to buy? That is the question.

The manager who told me no called all of the other stores in the city to make sure I could not use it. He was WRONG about the coupon not matching the item because it does not say anywhere that the Honey Lemon is excluded. You can use this, you just cannot stack the MQ with it. In fine print on the Q it says "may not be combined with any other offer." Ultimately this means you cannot use it and expect to get a RR. I have a feeling they will be correcting this soon, so if it prints for you enjoy it while it lasts!

The coupon beeped for me too. The manger is a friend of mine and said since its a new product it wasn't coded for it and pushed it through.

The store manager at my store said the same thing kinda but pushed it threw any ways so was happy got 6

In their coupon policy, it does say that they accept one manufacturer coupon, as well as any applicable store coupons.
A good example in this week's ad, look at the Zantac on page 14. They have showing using a store Q and well as MQ.

I am not sure why everyone is having a hard time. The spray is 6 oz, which is what the IVC covers. And there is no exclusion stating Honey Lemon.

I've not gone out yet today, so I don't know what to tell you guys about it. Sorry!

When I tried to use the coupon it beeped but after clerk read the coupon he just price adjusted it down to 1.99 then used the 1.00 off coupon. So I had to pay .99 and got back 3.00 rewards. I got 5 of them. With 8 people in our house someone always has a sore throat.

The IVC beeped when scanned and message was no item found. The MOD did a price modify after reading IVC to 1.99 and I gave the $1 inserts MQ. Got my $3 RR.
