Mine did not come off. I was over $30 before coupons.

Mine was $14.55 after coupons and the $3 off 30 was still deducted...my pre-coupon was total $35. HTH

My total was $58 after coupons.

Maybe it needs to be $30 before deduction of STORE coupons and DOUBLED coupons? Maybe the manufacturer coupons count toward the $30 but the doubled amount and the store Qs don't?

Sorry you haven't heard back from them I know last time I contacted them they said it would possibly be 2-3 days for a reply (this was by email). TWO WEEKS later I finally got a reply. *sigh* Thanks for the speedy response PC! LOL!

I would bug them again, to be honest, this time by phone if you can. But even if email is easiest for you, I'd send another one referencing your first message. You deserve an answer AND your $3/$30!
