Help hi new from new jersey
hi i am Pam i from new jersey and just started couponing i have a bunch of expired coupons and i know our troops over seas can use them but i don't know where or how to send them can someone please help me i would to see them get some use

Contact "moontwins" via PM. She's one of our Moderators and she has a pretty good size expired coupons operation going for our troops overseas. She also lives on a base stateside.
