Default Office Max Perks Issue
So I signed up back in early August, I never received my card. I called in early September, they said they would send another out, I never got that one either. I did this again in late September and then middle-late October, still nothing. So, here it is November and I still haven't received my card. I just sat on hold for over 15 minutes for her to tell me that the past 3 people I spoke to screwed up and that's why I never received my card. She said that she'll make sure it's done right this time and it'll be mailed out as urgent. I sure hope this one comes, as she seemed very sincere and apologetic.

Default I think she is right
It is just a fluke. I received my card right away as several of my friends did - we have NEVER had any trouble at all with Office Max Perks program.
