Here's mine:

1. Lenox Spyro salad sets and trays. The original price on these was over $100 ea and I got them for $10 ea! I bought them a few years ago and loaded up...still have a few left! I use them for wedding, shower, and Christmas gifts.

2. Yankee candles! I went crazy after Christmas when they had their gift sets 75% off and I used a $10 off $25 code before they shut that down. From doing that I already have every aunt, family friend, etc. covered for Christmas next year! I split up the sets and will gift them out singly in a nice gift bag.

3. Swiss Army knive gift tins. I found these very inexpensively on Amazon before Christmas and loaded up! DS got one for Christmas and uses his all the time. My FIL will get one for Father's Day, BIL will get one for Christmas, and I still have 2 more if needed.

4. Ruana's from Coldwater Creek. They're so nice - I kept one and use it for myself. They're in a cranberry color and to me that almost feels like a neutral Great for tossing about your shoulders when you need something but a coat is too heavy. I got those a while back out of the outlet section on sale and used a 70% off code to boot. I think I paid under $5 for each! Each of my sisters will be getting one of them for Christmas this year.

5. Ralph Lauren monogrammed towel sets from Neiman Marcus. I bought these both before and right after Christmas when they were on sale and monogramming, shipping, and WRAPPING was all free! I've got my inlaws covered, my Mom, my kids, everyone I could possibly think of. I even bought several sets for us. Sooo...I actually have wrapped presents ready for gift giving over the holidays this coming Christmas all tucked away in a closet in my guest bedroom

So tell me what you've got! I'm just about done shopping for Christmas this coming year for everyone except for DH and our boys, believe it or not. The beauty of that, is that I can focus on choosing names from sharing trees, find items for Toys for Tots too (I already have a shelf full of toys downstairs but those will get donated to our local childrens home soon).

I just have a few toys for the kids and I'm such a kid myself once I get a nice little stash going I gave them each one just for the heck of it!

I hear ya! I'm always terrible about that too with my boys and they're both over 20!

I've learned to stockpile things for mainly the people I hate shopping for if that makes sense. I've got a lonnnng list of extended family members, family friends, and neighbors to buy for over Christmas. It's nice knowing I can get them done early on and give great gifts without spending a wad on them.

I don't have any sort of gift stash at all. I'm thinking about getting one started though. My dad's birthday is tomorrow, and I still don't have a gift for him, or any idea what to get him. Having a closet full of stuff on hand would be nice right about now!

I still have tons of Amazon things from the sale last June and from right before and after Christmas. I swear I love having Prime!

I still have a few throws that I got from Woman Within that were marked down dirt cheap and we bought like 30 to go in baskets this past year. I also bought like 10 of these canvas bags so I have a few of those left, too. Plus when Bath and Body marked their huge canvas bags down to $5.00 each from $30.00, I got 8 of those.

Actually, I will have to come back and post here because I have two containers upstairs filled with stuff and I don't even know what all is in there!

I just heard a news story the other day that stated retailers are not placing orders as large as they normally do. Apparently they place those orders now for the upcoming holiday season. I'm hoping that won't be true, because when they overbuy it allows us all to get smoking deals!

GMW...Dad gifts are tough! I know for Father's Day we're giving my FIL one of the Swiss Army knives I have stashed along with a Home Depot gift card. Maybe just the gift card would work for you?

1. I have two girls' sleeping bag sets from Target. They are pink and brown and come with a flashlight and maybe a pillow? They were marked down to $2.98. I bought five. They have been great birthday gifts for my preschooler's friends' parties.

2. Strawberry Shortcake DVDs from Target that come with a free crown that I bought for $5.50.

3. I won a gift card a few weeks ago from Crabtree & Evelyn for $250. I spent about $60 on myself and bought clearanced gift sets for $10 with the rest. They still have a few left on the website. They are wrapped up in a gauzy material, have a bow, and a card to boot!

Good idea!! Maybe I'll head to our local hardware store and grab a gift card. He is always going there! I usually get him a bag of pistacios along with whatever I buy him because they are his favorite buy he never buys them, but with the recall this year doesn't look like that is happening! I wish guys liked pretty things and house stuff as much as us girls do, it would make gifts so much easier!

And I really hope there are still some killer deals this year! Last year was only my second time doing black friday, and I want it to be a good one this year! And amazon too!

5 Hannah Montana Gift Sets, $.99 & $1.50 each

2 Disney Board Games for the younger kiddo's(Cars & Mickey Mouse Clubhouse), $1.25 each

2 Guitar Hero Carbiner Games, $3.25 each, good for older sons B-Day Parties

A few Disney Princess & Tinkerbell Play Make-Up Sets, $1.25 each

1 Starbucks Mugs Gift Set from X-Mas, $3.25, I'm gonna split the mugs up and do an end of the year gift for each of the kids teachers, it'll be nice with some Starbucks Chocolate, coffee and other goodies

A few EOB Robes, Candle & Diffuser Sets, Perfume Sets and tons of Candles, they're always good for small gifts

Right now I'm really happy that I have the kiddo's B-Day Gifts covered for when they get invited to parties. I HATED running out and finding a gift on the day of the parties, always spent way too much! Oh, and I've even got cards set aside for every occassion too. They were FREE from CVS!
