Jay86 wtg on keeping it up even as u approach the end of it pregnancy...I know u could have complications no matter what but by keeping so active you are lowering your chances of an issue while speeding up your ability to recover after baby and that is a smart thing to do if u are healthy enough to do it to begin with !

Well I took the kids to Zumba on Friday the teacher was offering free class at an indoor playground bc there was no school and I found a Groupon for the kids admission, perfect!! They got to play while Momma exercised. I took the weekend off, I need to do better on cheat meals on weekend, we went overboard!! Today I did a 3.75 mile power walk pushing DS2 in stroller and did plank challenge day #24 (skipped a few days) am going to make a healthy dinner, it feels good to get back on track after the weekend.

Thank you. If I got a dollar for every person that asked if it was safe for me to workout while pregnant lol. My husband kept asking and even though the doctor told him it was fine, he still keeps asking when I'll stop LOL. I'm very healthy. My doctors with this baby and my others have said that I either bore them or make their jobs easier this is the most I've been active out of my 3 pregnancies though, so I'm interested to see if it's true about it causing smoother deliveries and faster recoveries.

For me it was true I was unhealthy before I had my first and after lived a much healthier lifestyle, I wasn't working out besides yoga but I was walking a ton every day when I got pregnant w DS2 and kept it up and pregnancy and recovery were a breeze comparatively speaking, but you never know how it's going to be even if u do everything right lol. Anyway I think your DH is sweet for being concerned but I bet it gets really annoying!! Hopefully you get a healthy baby and a quick recovery!

Jay86, I think you are doing a great job! Another benefit of working out is reducing backaches and helping you to sleep.

I am up to 30 minutes a day on the Ski machine. I have more energy than I have had in a while.

That's good to know. I want to push it out, get the thumbs up, and go home as soon as possible LOL. Yes, my husband asking so much gets annoying because he's been asking since our first son when I used to play Dance Dance Revolution before I became too heavy. So I keep reminding him what the doctor has been saying since our FIRST KID lol, and I'm very careful to stop if I feel tired.

I had one of my childhood favorite for lunch..

put my scale away yesterday, and am going to try to only weigh myself on fridays,

so far with this new keto lifestyle I have am down to 217.4, so dropped a couple of pounds.
yay me!
I have stopped taking my garcinia cambogia and forskolin pills, I keep forgetting them because of not being hungry. More Yays!
I drink a lot of water still, at least a gallon.
I decided I am going to commit to keto for 2 months and then decide if it works for me.
so far I am loving it! so I am hopeful that I have finally cracked the code on how to be healthy.
still working out 3 times a week and walking dog, but not everyday.

good book to read if any are interested: why we are fat and what we can do about it
