I guess with this plan you detox for three days, in other words you eat less reactive foods (she has planned meals you make), then add a food every day along with weighing yourself. If you gain then it is a reactive food.

Here is a list I found on the food susceptible to weight gain. Everyone is different in what they are reactive with. The claim is that you can eat what you love as long as it doesn't react with weight gain. (chocolate, cheese, etc.) It isn't a diet.

Thank u for i just googled but found book couldnt find list of sorts or bullet point perspective. So basically you eat the new food or added in food and if it causes weight gain its reactive?
