Hi gals I managed to get some rest and haven't fully caught the cold so that's great! But I took weds light walk (3/4 mile) and Thurs off. Today went to fitness class w the kiddos, felt nice to get a decent workout again. Best news of the week is the doc said my ear looks great and I can swim underwater again!!

Hey everyone I'm feeling back to normal now!! I never did fully catch the cold so I guess light exercise is the way to go when you feel you are coming down w something...keyword light lol I definitely overdid it in may and I think thats why I got so sick. No workout for me Saturday, Sunday I took the kids swimming in the ocean which is pretty much a workout lol! This morning I did a zumba video, and then we went in the pool after lunch time so it's been an active day. Looking forward to zumba tomorrow, trying to make sure I get all 5 days in this week before vacation!!

Hi gals I'm still here still working out went to zumba this morning, played baseball, football with the kids it was a hot day out now it's supposed to storm so we are staying in for the rest of the day.

my health update:

100 days of ketogenic diet, still feel awesome. down to 205 pounds.
also started intermittent fasting, 16 hour fast and 8 hour eating window is my goal.
I have done my research, this is very healthy for me.
went shopping and bought some smaller clothes! yays!
and my shoe size is smaller now too, that's a first for me! never thought my feet would get smaller after 3 babies...
went from a 10 to a 9.
still lifting weights and gym, 3 days a week.
still walking dog.
have cut back on my red wine.
sleeping great.
no aches or pains. I feel skinny and not bloated.

hope everyone is having a wonderful full of healthy choices month.
congrats to everyone for working and reaching your healthy goals!

Shad, you're doing great! That's wonderful you've found something that works well for you. that's pretty cool about going down a shoe size! Keep it up.

Hopefully I can start running again soon. I can tell things are feeling better because I'm really itching to run again whereas before I wasn't since I was in pain. Just trying to make healthy choices (though I've had doughnuts and a few milkshakes recently LOL), but I'm staying on track overall. I hope everyone is doing well.

Jay86 good job listening to your body and letting yourself really recover before running. Waiting is not easy!!

No official workout today but spent a couple of hours swimming in the ocean with the kids so feels like I got a good workout.
