De-cluttering/Cleaning group- Your invited- "Super Jan '13"
Our WUC De-cluttering/cleaning group invites you to join in on our special: "Super Jan '13" Join in anytime, this thread and these challenges are for everyone and at all levels. Whether your home just needs a little tidying or your plowing yourself out from under all the holiday festivities. This thread is fully loaded with 2 challenges. You can participate in either one or both. Challenge #1- Our monthly challenge. You do not have to post everyday but our goal is to take care of atleast (one) item or 15 mins of de-cluttering(not regular cleaning) daily. Post what you are working on, getting done, ask questions, offer tips--we love pictures too! Challenge #2- Jump start your 2013 off with our Mega Clutter Busting week. Our goal with this numeric challenge is 7 items daily---for 7 days for a total of 49 items. For this you will list your items out and update as you go. If you missed our 1st week you can start or work on the 2nd set of 7 days. Our 4th set of (7) days is....Jan. 22(Tuesday)- Jan. 28(Monday) Our 3rd set of (7) days is---Jan 15 (Tuesday)- Jan 21 (Monday) Our 2nd set of (7) days is----Jan 8(Tuesday)-Jan 14(Monday) Our first set of (7)days is---Jan 1(Tuesday)- Jan 7(Monday) ***An "item" can be anything you need it to be. I will be working on our basement and our sunroom this month until it totally done.
7 items a day I am sure I can do that with no problem  .I want to Thank you for putting this together it really did help me the month of Dec. and with this I am sure I can get all I need to done. Thank you.

I don't know if I can do the set challenges, but I have things I need to tackle this month, and I will be posting them here. #1 is this weekend I plan to clean out 5 drawers in my house - 2 in the dining room buffet, 2 in the hutch in the kitchen and my big silverware/utensil drawer in the kitchen. They have become catch-alls!

Just cleaned out the girls toy box.. 4 garbage bags to donate... now it can shut! Also put away all my loose canning supplies..

I desperately need to follow this thread, and get motivated. Hubby does all the cleaning in our house and works full time (we do have a cleaning lady for deep clean). Someone please try to hold me accountable. This could change our marriage for the best

I am so in! I am tackling one section of my house each week. Tomorrow it is my kitchen counters and I am going to tackle the stainless steel kitchen sink.

For the 1st day of 2013,
I plan to clean out my fridge. I'm sure there are interesting things growing in there. Organize my freezer while there is less food in there. Organize my pantry Organize my cupboard Hopefully I have the motivation! One thing that I really need to organize and declutter is the dishes cabinet.  Earn gift cards just for doing searches, FREE!
