Dh and I watched the Isma Supernationals on the computer, while we sat in the luxury of our own home and ate homemade Pizza and Chicken Wings, and drank mountain dew (not coke products) and I probably didn't spend 1/4 as much on that food than if I was at the races

Stocking up for sure! I scored some $1/1 John Morell Qs off ebay a while back. What do you gals think of Ronzoni? Is it good or does it get mushy? We usually use Barilla, but that's a great price! LMK what you think.

My shoes "trying on" doesn't involve the PC list or a computer, but hey - maybe I'm missing out on something! LOL!

Love the Ronzoni Vavcon. But I cook all pasta al dente anyways so it won't get mushy.

And I bet you had just as good a time! I told DH to mention the issues with the food and drinks to the Gioia's when/if he sees them. I'm def going to. You aren't the only ones who have said "no more after this year". Just not cool.

along those lines, someone was telling me they were at the State Fair, had a beer and it cost them $3.50 for a 20 ouncer. Okay that isn't bad....but....soon as you go into the Grandstand area for concerts they charge $7.50 for the same beer and no, they won't let you carry in what you're already drinking! The world has gone absolutely mad.

I got my ad yesterday for once, just didn't have time to look at it at all let alone post it. Fridays always seem so busy for me!! Yesterday it was playgroup then a BBQ at my house.

As always, some of my prices are lower than yours, like $1 for Ragu, and .98 for the 5 lb russet potatoes.

Anyone have any idea what the boxes of Quaker oatmeal might cost reg price?? They are half price, and with the $3/5 it might be a good deal(ish) since I need some anyway.
