Hi we got our 7 week old german sheperd puppy sunday and he is to young to go out the vet wants us to wait as parvo is the highest ever now, so we are stuck potty pad training for now, well long story short he likes to eat his poo, so im looking for a good deal on toilet paper doesn't matter the quailty im using up all my good stuff picking up his mess to flush it as were in a condo and the outside garbage is forever away to take it out 5 times a day. I just want dirt cheap stuff to be able to pick it up and flush it, hes slowly learning to not eat it. I went through a roll in 2 1/2 days cleaning up his poo off the pads. Thanks in advance. Stores I can get to are Walmart, Kmart, Smiths, Target, Harmons, Walgreens, Albertsons, and Lins

Is your dog going to be a exposed to other animals outside? The only way a dog gets parvo is direct contact w another dogs feces. Also I thought you should know that dogs who are trained to go on those pads have very low success rates of being completely outdoor trained. For a big dog that could get very messy :/ good luck!!
