I was put in the hospital for a week then on bed rest for about 8 weeks... I thought I was going to lose my mind because on top of being pregnant I already had 3 kiddos that depended on me too... It was ruff!!! but I played card games (solitare) read the twilight saga AGAIN and watched too much tv.. loved it when my kiddos got home from school to hear about their day...

I would try to call people and chat for a sec but unfortunately people have to work so most the time I was bored out of my mind... dont tell anyone i would sometimes get up to go to the bathroom even if I didnt really have to go just to get out of bed...lol

I love all my kiddos so much but so glad I can not get preggo again.. I dont think I could deal with all that again

Good luck and just think... the little blessing you are growing is all worth the boredom right now and plus once the little one gets here you wont have time to get bored... lol

I printed out a bunch of sudoku, crosswords, words searches, and cryptograms as well as found a crochet pattern I want to try. And some friends came by today. I'm not on total bedrest in that I can get up and go in my living room and sit. I'm just supposed to stay off my feet as much as humanly possible. I have a 3 yr old as well and my dh won't be home until Saturday so I do have to get up to fix us something to eat but I've just been doing sandwiches and such. No cooking. Will probably order pizza tomorrow if the leftovers still turn my stomach. I've been having texture issues. I know it will be worth it in the end. Its just frustrating right now.

Way back when I was put on bedrest, with my 3rd daughter, I didn't rest enough and ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks at complete bedrest! My doctor came in and I was sitting up, balancing my checkbook and writing checks for my DH to mail and she had a fit! She said complete bedrest meant you laid down and did nothing! So that is what I had to do. Nothing.

Hopefully I'm resting enough. I stayed in bed all day reading and only got up to get food, go to the bathroom, and get on the couch. I did sit at my computer for a few minutes printing out stuff to do while I laid down. Lol. They didn't say total bed rest just to stay off my feet as much as possible and don't do any heavy lifting. I have an ultrasound Monday. Pray for me please because they put me on bed rest because of some bleeding and I'm concerned that I lost the baby but the hope that I haven't has been what's kept me from cleaning my house top to bottom. That's what I usually do when stressed. So pray when they do the ultrasound they see a healthy growing baby.

I had 3 difficult pregnancies. I was on bedrest because of blood pressure problems. I had been sick my whole pregnancy, lost 13 pounds, never gained any.. until my doctor put me in the hospital on complete bedrest. Then I gained 4 pounds and that is what my daughter weighed. Needless to say, my doctor told me no more babies and I had my tubes tied.

Well, I noticed you don't have a wishlist and if you are in need of coupons, you should make one and make a few posts to the ISO section. And see if there are any RAOKs you need. Many times they have baby stuff in there. Sending prayers too.

Sending prayers! I had two easy pregnancies but my daughter was on complete bed rest. Sil would beg me to come so he could hide. Dd is very active and wow was she grouchy! Hang in there soon you will be wishing for a little bed rest

I'm waiting until Monday when I find out if I lost the baby before I start trying to get a bunch of baby coupons. Once I know I'm still pregnant I'll definitely be making a wishlist.
