Publix Publix is coming in 2014
I can't wait to shop at Publix when it opens in my city in 2014. Its in the city and its really easy to get to but there's another one that opens further south that opens in the same year. So now they are starting construction in the spring. I hope it comes true!! I'm hoping they put closer locations to me. We have 2 but its really far in the SC border. I'm ready to try a different grocery store like publix with comp coupons etc...

You will LOVE the number of coupon flyers and booklets Publix has regularly. Their store coupons are stackable with mannys and in my experience are very coupon friendly. Lucky you getting Publix!

Hopefully Target will be one of your competitor stores..they have some awesome store q's to use at Publix...also keep in mind that Publix will take your competitor stores coupon on their in house brands to use for the Publix brand items...

I work in the heart of downtown Nashville and they tore down a few bldgs right across from my work to build a target and publix. I am beyond excited bc the two publix stores i go to do not except target coupons... So maybe this publix will!!!!!! Yippee. It's the best of all worlds... Doing my shopping on my lunch break and using target coupons. That would be a couponers dream come true. Lol

Hello fellow mid-TNer! I saw that! I work for NES so we find out this stuff sooner than the public bc the builders have to build the plans with engineers and codes, etc.... I know for sure the publix is coming in but there are also rumors of an IKEA!! there are about 30 acres of buildings that were torn down on Charlotte ave beside the interstate. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
