OK, question.... I printed the form from online and also have the forms from the newspaper last week. As I'm addressing the envelopes I realize they have different dates and different PO Boxes. Hmmm...

Just a warning to everyone to beware of your register receipt dates and the dates on the form and ALSO a question -- it says 1 rebate per househould, however, according to some other sites, there are FIVE different PO Box addresses, depending on where you get the form, so the question has been raised - can you submit for all 5??

What!!!!! I just got my hopes up but they all say fuel for school rebate. What does everyone else say?

I rcd a couple of Kellogg rebates forms in a trade. They are not the same from the ones I found from Kroger. This had different dates of purchase and different items that were included. Looks to like that we can do them all. Hope this helps.
