I just got a letter in the mail that rejection because CVS is not a partipating retailer. I spent the $35 P&G at CVS just hoping to get the $10 rebate so I dispointed. I also got in the same envelope someone else rejection letter. I called them the promotion number to let them know and to see why I got rejected and they asked me to mail the other person back to them on my dime. She said CVS and Rite Aid are not partipating in this rebate.

So if you used these two places you will get one of these letters of rejection.

I'm so sorry that your rebate was rejected!

That was rude of them to ask you to mail the other person's rejection letter back to them at your cost.

I thought she would say they would send me coupons for my trouble but she said well you can fax it to us. I told her I didn't have a fax machine and then she said guess you will have to mail. She was rude. It is sitting on my desk guess I will mail it out tomorrow but not happy about the whole thing.

I sent my rebate in about 3 weeks ago, but I bought my P&G at Publix and they are a participating retailer, so hopefully mine works out and will be coming soon. There's a website where you can check to see who is participating in your area and download the rebate form. We don't get a $10 GC here though, we get a cookware set. Sorry yours didn't work out.

Do you know the address to the web site? I asked her but she seem clueless and keep saying well everyone but CVS and Rite aid but then when I asked about Kroger she said I don't know. She was not helpful at all.

This is the site for the areas that get the cookware set, couldn't find the link to the one for the giftcard rebate, but the eligibility period ended on 10/31, so it's too late to make purchases now. I know for sure that CVS and Kroger weren't participating in my area though, sorry.

Could you just write "RETURN TO SENDER" on the rejection letter not meant for you?

Mail it back to them and you pay the postage? HAH! Not a chance! If she wants it mailed back to them - she can send a postage paid envelope! The nerve!
