Today when i weighed in i was 1.5 to 2 lbs under the last time i wrote so one 1 above now. Hope it keeps going this way. I havent been as hungry so that helps since I got my hormones getting on track.

No, we have diet books to go by, so I am going to try to setup a schedule tomorrow to go by for my meals....I just need to get in more protein, and that is my struggle. I will work with it though, no turning back now! But, I have been walking, and hopefully within the next couple weeks I'll be recovered enough to start dance, and weights. Big stress relievers for me, and I really enjoy dancing!
