Unfortunately my nearest (and favorite) RA is closing in a month. I know when they closed the other one near me the entire store started seeing huge mark downs so they wouldn't have to send it back to HQ. Is there any specific items that you would recommend me keeping my eye out for? I order all my coupons offline (I refuse to buy newspapers, too much wasted) so I would need to now ASAP what coupons to order in order to maximize savings! THANKS FOR THE HELP!!

I wonder if the discounted items still produce UPs? I would probably just buy the things you need. I am sure htat the high demand items like diapers and such will go fast

Things like feminine items (who dones't have enough of THOSE things), cosmeitcs, and maybe your food storeage stockpile will benefit from it

I don't know about store closings, but I've been through two different store remodels and everytime they discount things for that they still produce the Up rewards for that week or monthly deals also.

I'm sorry to hear your RA is closing I have a RA store down the street from me and now its a Family Dollar.

Dang, I wish. My closest CVS is closing tomorrow, but they aren't marking down anything, because they aren't going out of business, just shutting down that one store. I don't know what they are doing with all the left overs.

I heard of someone on here who went dumpster diving after a Rite Aid went out of business and they threw a ton of stuff away. Before you go dumpster diving I would make sure that it is not illegal in your state though!!!!
