Default IPhone App Not Working :(
Here I am, one of load 2 card's biggest advocates having to opt out tonight

The iPhone app stopped working for me. Seems like its been since the new os was installed. It kept clipping random ups and not saving my changes. The cashier tonight offered to switch me back to printed ups and I did it.

Anyone else have that issue?

Yes I have had this issue for a long time. I don't remember the date, but it was when arm and hammer was bogo with ups back and I stocked up on litter. The app didn't work and I had to run home to go on the computer and do my ups. I live a block away though so not to bad. Haha. But it's so frustrating that the app no longer works

Same problem here. It clips and unclips. I had to pay more out of pocket yesterday because it didn't stay clipped

I have the android app and thank goodness its working fine. I was able to clip UPS before & during my transaction.

I had the same problem... So I just went on the RA website on my phone (desktop version) and got it to work. Idk what's the problem but its time for an update. I've already reported it to the App Store

I did that twice. I think it worked one time and then not again.
