Can you use the $3 cat at another store? Mine says MQ at the top but has a big RA logo. I am assuming yes since it is a MQ but am asking to be sure. Thanks.

I decided to use my $3 cat on one more bag of Pampers - I knew I wouldn't get the +UP since I already got the limit of 2, but $6.99 isn't bad for Pampers plus I wanted it to track for the Shield promo.

It didn't track!! UGHHHHH!

I bought 2 of the exact same diapers yesterday (Jumbo pack of size 4 Pampers) and those tracked. But the 1 bag I bought today didn't. And the 2 Pantene didn't track yesterday, but it did today. WTH?
