I try to keep an awesome relationship with the staff at my favorite Rite Aid. Here is a quick story of why.
So today I stop in the store to get the ad early (another good reason) and to gather some prices to figure out the Centrum deal. Anyway, while I am there, one of the ladies asks me if I am picking up my Keri Lotion ? I am dumbfounded. She tells me that when I was in on TUESDAY they didn't have any on the shelf and thought they were out. They ended up finding one in the backroom on Wednesday and pulled it aside for me. It was behind the counter being held for me until I came back in. I never asked them to do this, but they did it anyway. This is one of the reasons that if something goes awry, I will not worry about it, this staff is awesome. Now to put together that letter praising them to corporate. Shawn |

I agree Shawn, love my Rite Aid cashiers, they are the best.
When I went in to get the Garnier, I was sad to see two were off the shelf, but I was shown to an endcap where extra shampoo's were. The gals are great! ![]() |

Good post! far better to have a good relationship - makes for a better shopping experience.
I recently had an incident at one of my favorite stores. The manager did not want to do a transaction involving coupons. I was in the right in this matter whereas the manager shrugged and told me he couldn't take my coupons because "our store gets too many coupons" and lo and behold, it was all I could do not to get upset in front of the guy. As the old saying goes " God doesn't like ugly" and I was about to get very ugly so I walked away. My next trip was not until a few days ago... I told myself, just watch.. that bad guy manager will be the first face I see in the store. Yep, sure enough, the manager was working near the entrance. I would have been embarrassed if I had gone postal and got angry at the guy in public. Seeing him right off the bat, It was a reminder to me to hold my cool, be nice even when I feel I am right and walk away as a Christian Lady. my local rite aid is the same way and usually give sale ads for weeks ahead without asking recently I told them I was thinking of trying cvs and they gasped. I will stay rite aid. they even sometimes take my expired coupons if only by a day or two I love rite aid and will never shop any other

I definitely agree with this! One time I was charged an extra dollar because my fav cashier rang in something twice. I was a little sad at first but it really wasn't her fault. Something didn't ring up right and the coupon didn't work so she voided and tried a few times and I guess one of the times it rang up twice but I was like I get so much for free and MM at rite aid I probably owe them a few bucks!!!! Hahaha
