I misread on of my ups it expired 3/4 and I thought it was 3/9. Is there anything that can done or am SOL on my 10+ UP

You can try and give CS a call but they may or may not be able to help you. To be honest I wouldn't expect them to be able to reissue, but its worth a phone call to try.

I'm with Shawn. They will prob try to explain why it's better to load to your card. IMO if you have the app it's honestly easier. I clip and use in the store what I want and unclip what I don't want.

I contacted customer service and explained the situation the guy said normally their not suppose to but he'll make an exception. So I should be receiving my 10 gift card in a week

I had $46 in ups expire a couple of weeks ago. Ive never had a problem with them giving me half value for them but this time they resisted helping me at all. Finally offered me $15 hush money to get me off the phone. Guess ill be more careful in the future.

The first time I called the lady resisted and said once its expired they can't do anything
i thanked her and hung up then jumped on my lab top and tried chatting and guy was more willing to help. It sucks that some are unwilling to help and some are.... I wish they all had one policy to stick by instead of playing that game of hmmm do I feel like being nice or to bad your loss ![]() |

Actually (and you guys might hate me for this) but there is a policy.
Read your receipt - it says "Lost, stolen, damaged or expired coupons will not be honored or replaced." I have had UPs expire and it is sad but frankly I consider it my responsibiity (absent something like a Superstorm Sandy) and do not think we should be calling CS to ask them to help. |
