Has anyone tried any Laura Scudders products? I don't think I ever have. I sent a message to this company inquiring about coupons so I hope I get a response back soon. Their products look really yummy.
![]() Laura Scudder's Laura Scudders Toasted Onion Mix Dip - .5 Oz $1.19 each ![]() Dry Dip Mixes Recipe: Potato Salad Description The following potato salad recipe comes from my aunt, Beverley P. Beverley is 81 years old and she's been making this recipe for as long as I can remember (I'm 60). Beverley always doubles it. I made it as stated below and it fed four people easily. Apparently, there's been green onion dip mix around for a long, long, long time! INGREDIENTS 4 large red potatoes 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped 1 dill pickle, diced Green onions, sliced thin 1 tsp chopped parsley Pepper to taste Sauce 1 cup mayonnaise 1 pkg green onion dip mix (Laura Scudders) 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp prepared mustard 1 tbsp cider vinegar DIRECTIONS 1. Cook potatoes with the skin on until tender-firm, not mushy. Let potatoes cool and then peel and dice. Add eggs, pickle and green onions to potatoes. Sprinkle parsley and pepper over potato mixture. 2. Blend all sauce ingredients and pour over the potato mixture. Toss lightly to coat evenly. Chill. |

We will have to try the peanut butter then. I wonder if Safeway has their peanut butter too. The salmon dill dip sounds good. I had to post that potato salad recipe. My son lives near a farm that grows red potatos and he brought us quite a few too many pounds so I'm looking at recipes and hope we can eat most of them. It's amazing what the farmer left behind in the fields.

The only Laura Scudder's brand I've tried is the peanut butter...it's all natural, the only ingredients are peanuts and salt (unless you get the unsalted version like I do, it still tastes GREAT!). The only bad thing about the natural peanut butter is that all the oil goes to the top so when you first open it you have to make sure to mix it really well. To me it's worth it for me and my family, there's no hydrogenated oils or anything artificial in it (my 2 year old LOVES it).
I have written the company before asking for coupons too, and I received 2 $0.50 off coupons for Smucker's products (they're part of the Smucker's line). These coupons are good for the jelly too in case you want to get that ![]() |

We use to buy Adams natural peanut butter and I use to have to stir all the old that collects at the top in too so they sound similar. Thanks TinaT for the coupon info.
